What nature says about salvation and perfection

Matthew 5:48, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect." While persons are preaching and telling people that being perfect is impossible (obviously because they keep confusing Yahusha's righteousness with their own), the doctrine says differently and tells us to attain unto righteousness. How do we do this though?…
